This week, the Transport Select Committee began their inquiry into pavement parking. The committee took evidence from a panel of witnesses representing road users, including motorists and pedestrians.
Huw asked the panel about the potential prohibition of pavement parking outside of London and whether exemptions should be made to give local councils more flexibility.
Later, he asked the panel to distinguish between the powers the police and the local councils have when it comes to enforcing regulations on pavement parking and on-street parking.
