BBC Licence Fee Debate

Local MP, Huw Merriman, spoke in the Petition Committee's Debate on the BBC Licence Fee. 

Huw, who is Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group for the BBC sought to set the record straight on a few concerns raised by his colleagues, particularly relating to convictions of those who have not paid the fee.
