In his role as Minister of State for Rail, Huw today visited London Liverpool Street Station with the Secretary of State for Transport, Mark Harper, to show his support for the Samaritans and their important 'Small Talk Saves Lives' campaign.

Since launching in 2017, Small Talk Saves Lives has successfully raised awareness within railway stations and other public settings across the country about the need to trust your instincts and start a simple conversation if you think someone might need help.
