Huw asks the Health Secretary for clarity on relaxed COVID measures

Local MP, Huw Merriman, has asked the Health Secretary for clarity on face covering requirements on public transport from 19 July and what measures the Government intends to put in place to ensure that private operators can't mandate their use outside of that guidance.
