It was great to give David and Maureen Elford, and Charlotte and John Tranter a tour of the Palace of Westminster. Last year, in aid of Charity for Kids, I was asked, by Bexhill Mayor, Cllr Simon Elford, to help him fundraise for his nominated charity. Charity for Kids is an inspiring charity which helps young people with disabilities. I auctioned a personal tour and was pleased when two separate groups hit the asking price. This raised a large amount of money for the charity. I was pleased to conduct a 90-minute tour of the House of Lords and House of Commons chambers for my before buying everyone a drink at the end.
